"Eagle Landing" Triptyke on Paper
Eagle Landing Triptych is a set of three limited edition Giclee Prints by Alano Edzerza, a Tahltan Nation Native Artist.
Each of the three prints has the following size: close to 30 inches or 76 centimeters high X about 14.5 - 15 inches or 37 - 38 centimeters wide. This Triptych Giclée Print is limited to an edition of 200, each numbered, titled and signed by myself.
Eagle is the symbol of great wisdom, authority and power. One of the principal crests of the Haida, Tsimshian and Kwakiutl Tribes. Many myths and legends surround the Eagle.
The Eagle represents grace and strength and has great intellectual abilities. As the ruler of the sky it has great significance and of course my favorite hunter since his word in Tahltan means "Watches Water" since he is always fishing along the Pacific West Coast and its Great Rivers.
