F.A.Q.

How do I purchase your merchandise?

We are an online gallery, you can order through the Website. Select the size and quantity of each item to add your cart, and when you have finished shopping, hit the cart on the top right hand side of the page to double check your order, and to apply any relevant promotional codes. Fill in your contact information and billing address, status number. Add the shipping address if it is different from the billing address. Click the  “Continue” button.

How much does shipping cost, and when will I receive my order?

Orders are sent via Canada Post and rates are displayed in your shopping cart after entering your address. Please allow us 2-3 days to process your order. For orders received from Canada you can expect your order within 5-6 business days of shipping date.  All orders for the USA approximately 8-10 Business days of the shipping date. For all other location please allow 2-4 weeks.

**Please note we ship orders out about twice a week. Tuesday and Friday.  If you place an order over the weekend your order will be shipped on Tuesday. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been packaged. 

I cannot add my size to the shopping cart, how can I order it?

We are out of stock in that item. We are always printing new clothes to fill the needs of our customers. Please check back on the site regularly. Thank-You for your patience.

Where are you located?

I produce my products in Vancouver B.C. and my store is an online business.  We also carry our clothing on the South Side of Park Royal Mall in the store, The Men’s Club. Both Men’s and Women’s Apparel can be found here.

I have ordered my clothes and received them, but the design is not perfect.

The Silk Screen printing process we have designed is made to have a “distressed” or“worn look” and is not supposed to be perfect.

Do you accept status/treaty cards for tax exemtion?

We are no longer able to accept status cards / treaty cards for tax exempt. Although we have in the past the option is no longer available and we apologize for the inconvenience. 

Only GST 5% is charged to orders made in Canada outside of BC. 

GST/PST is charged on orders made within BC, Canada. 

NO tax on orders made outside of Canada will be charged. 

 

What is your return policy?

The Following Return Policy applies to online purchases made through edzerzagallery.com

1) Items marked as SALE, are non refundable. Unless damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). We are happy to exchange  size of the same item if we have the item in stock.

2) For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund as described below.

We would happily exchange/refund any unworn, unaltered and unwashed merchandise for something more suitable for you. You Must provide the original order number, name, and email associated with the transaction. Must be within 30 days within the shipping date.

Post us back the item after you have been in contact with a representative of Edzerza Gallery with a detailed note describing your issue, include your order number and your email address by which you placed your order. Once we have received the item back we can ship the replacement order.

**We cannot guarantee the size/stock availability for the item(s) being exchanged.**

Do you have gift cards?

You can purchase an e gift card from our website as you would any other product. You may choose to email this to a family member or friend. You will receive a coupon code that you will be able to apply to your future order.

Do you do custom orders?

We do not make custom orders, although we love to hear your feedback. Contact us through facebook or by email with your suggestions and comments.

I am interested in carrying Edzerza Apparel and/or artwork in my gallery or store. What is the process?
