Return & Exchange Policy
- Must be within 30 days within the shipping date.
- Items marked as SALE, are non refundable. Unless damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). We are happy to exchange size of the same item if we have the item in stock. If size is out of stock we can offer a store credit for the amount of the original transaction towards a product better suited to you.
- No returns on incorrectly sized items.
- All gift card sales are final. Exchange only for transactions made with a gift coupon codes are non-refundable.
- If you make a purchase and use a coupon discount code, the transaction becomes eligible for exchange only. Unless damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).
For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund as described below.

Post us back the item at after you have carefully read these terms and conditions and you have been in contact with a representative of Edzerza Gallery, and confirmed the order issues. (Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org) After you may ship the item to be exchanged or refunded with a detailed note describing your issue, include your order number and your email address by which you placed your order, along with the item it is to be exchanged for. Once we have received the item back we can ship the replacement order or issue the refund.
*Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning items for exchange or refund.

***Please allow up to 2 weeks for a refund to be issued after we receive the returned items. At times we receive a high volume of exchange and return requests.
